Well worth it and fantastic functionality! I purchased this kit due to the increased quality as compared to others out there (Car Trim Home). Glad to see the new arm bracket is metal and all plugs fit into OEM locations well. All parts fit perfectly into my 2021 4Runner. Kudos to KTJO for answering a couple questions I had over the phone and being so kind. I would definitely buy from them again. If you want OEM quality, then this is it.

Ordered mine, then got deployed. It was at least months before I got home and was able to dive into the install. Upon opening the box, I found that the actual handle was missing. I sent an email to Info@KTJO4x4.com and they sent the handle out immediately and I got it within a week! I then proceeded to watch some install videos on YouTube and a lot of the people on there were complaining about how long it took (an hour seemed to be the average). To be honest, it turned me off a little bit and I started to dread doing it. However, it was actually pretty easy! Took me 20 minutes, and 5 of those minutes were spent looking for my 10mm socket... I'm not sure what the problems these people were running into was, but it seemed pretty straight forward. Maybe it was because I had taken the a-pillar cover off a few times to install my Meso Puddle Lights, but that was literally one bolt. I also saw some videos that said the customer service was horrible, but I definitely did not experience that at all. Actually, KTJO4 even followed up with an email asking if I had received the part! So customer service-wise, no issues, product quality, OEM if you ask me, and install-wise, basic and pretty easy.
