For special orders that are built-to-order and/or have a lead time such as mirrors, they can only be cancelled within 3 days of purchase (including weekends). If more than 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we may not be able to offer you a cancellation as production on your special order has already started. In some cases, cancellation may still be possible after the 3 days. All cancellations after 3 days are subject to a 20% cancellation/restocking fee. Restocking fees are based on the total amount paid, excluding shipping charges. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your order shipped and you would like to cancel your order then the item will need to be shipped back after delivery at the customer’s expense.
Cancellation of order must be placed within 24 hours of making your purchase, otherwise a 15% restocking fee will apply.
Cancellation of a special order must be placed within 3 days of making your purchase, otherwise a 20% restocking fee will apply.
