Power Folding Mirrors - 2nd Gen Sequoia | 3rd Gen Tundra

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this feature is to add a Plug-N-Play Harness with a Control Module System which provides multi-functionality to your OEM Factory Mirrors or Aftermarket Tow Mirrors to Fold and Unfold to the KTJO 4x4 3rd Gen Toyota Tundra Auto Power Folding Mirror DIY PNP Harness Kit. This is accomplished by connecting directly to the OEM Factory folding mirror actuators that are already inside the mirrors with the provided Plug-N-Play Harness, and then using the factory wiring through the Driver’s Side Kick Panel and Dash to locate the Adjust & Fold Mirror Switch.

"POWER FOLDING MIRRORS - 3RD GEN TUNDRA" is for those members that are willing and able to do so themselves, but just need the additional harness to allow for their Folding Mirrors to function. This Package includes everything you will need to install inside the cab of your truck. This Wiring Kit is 100% Plug-N-Play.

PRODUCT DETAIL:

Outer Mirror will Automatically Fold when you lock your vehicle with your key fob. Likewise, Outer Mirror will Automatically Unfold when you unlock your vehicle with your key fob. When heading into a narrow parking space or garage, pressing the “FOLD” button on the side mirror control switch, just left of the steering column, mirror will Fold in towards the side windows. To put back into driving position, pressing the “UNFOLD” button will Unfold the Outer Mirror. If for some reason you would like to not have the Auto Folding Mirror Function Active, you simply press the “FOLD” button on your side mirror control switch prior to leaving your vehicle. This will deactivate the Auto Unfolding Mirror Function. Therefore, when you return to your vehicle, your Outer Mirror will not Automatically Unfold when you Unlock your vehicle with your key fob as your side mirror control switch is always primary when it comes to controlling your Power Folding Mirror. To put them back into driving position, again, pressing the “UNFOLD” button will Unfold the mirror. This feature is great for the winter months when your Outer Mirror may need to warm up prior to Unfolding.

REQUIREMENTS:

The DIY PNP Harness Kit will REQUIRE you to Crimp four terminals on your Extension Harnesses once you have fished them through the Driver Side Door (2 terminals) & Passenger Side Door (2 terminals) Black Grommets.
