KTJO 4x4 offers a 15 day exchange policy on all uninstalled, unopened items that are returned in their original packaging. We only replace items if they are missing, defective or damaged in result by KTJO 4x4 or its Vendors. KTJO 4x4 will require a photo as proof of the product being defective or damaged, as well as each item that you received in the package/box upon delivery.
